Every DonerG location preps before the doors open. Vegetables are washed and cut that morning, not pulled from a bag made days earlier. Our sauces are made in house. The dough for our pita and bread is handled fresh so it comes off the grill warm, not reheated. By the time the first customer walks in, the kitchen is already stocked with food prepared that day.

The center of our kitchen is the vertical rotisserie. Our döner is stacked and cooked on a turning spit, then sliced to order as you watch. It is not pre-cooked, portioned, and held. When you order a döner wrap or a döner bowl, the meat is cut fresh off the spit at that moment.

This is the authentic Turkish method, and it is the reason DonerG tastes different from generic Mediterranean spots. We have been doing it this way since 2008, because it is the right way and because it is how real döner is supposed to be made.
