DonerG is a halal Turkish and Mediterranean grill built on family tradition, discipline, and real technique. For over 25 years, we’ve been preparing authentic döner kebab the traditional way — stacked by hand, seasoned properly, and slow-roasted on a vertical spit, proudly serving communities across Orange County and Southern California.
Long before Mediterranean fast-casual became popular, our family was already preparing traditional Turkish döner in our own kitchen — layering meat by hand, balancing spice blends carefully, and roasting it slowly to develop depth and character.
DonerG didn’t begin as a concept.
It began as a family recipe.
Rooted in the Aslan household and inspired by Turkey’s position at the crossroads of Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, we built DonerG to reflect that same spirit of connection. Just like the Bosporus Bridge links continents, our food brings together cultures, communities, and families around one table.
Today, with multiple locations across Southern California, our growth has never changed our standards. Every recipe still reflects the same preparation methods and commitment to authenticity that built our first store.
